When you contact PuenteWorks, you may send your name, business name, email address, website, current tools, workflow notes, project goals, and files or links needed to scope a paid next step.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare working proposals, define scope, deliver agreed services, maintain project records, send requested newsletter or operating-note emails, and improve PuenteWorks and KyaniteLabs service quality.

Newsletter emails

If you ask to receive the PuenteWorks newsletter, your email address and basic business context may be kept in the PuenteWorks subscriber system. You can unsubscribe using the link or instructions in an email, replying with "unsubscribe", or asking Simon to remove you.

Approval and publishing

PuenteWorks does not publish, send, or submit client-facing work from your accounts unless that access and approval are separately confirmed in writing.

Third-party tools

Work may involve common business tools such as email, document storage, analytics, design, hosting, payment, or AI-assisted drafting tools. Sensitive details should be shared only after the scope and tool boundaries are clear.
