Website terms and proposal boundaries

This page is a practical website notice, not a final service agreement. Paid work begins only after written scope, pricing, payment terms, access rules, and acceptance criteria are confirmed.

Provider identity

PuenteWorks is the public brand. Client-facing contracting, payment, SOW, and invoice materials should identify the provider as PuenteWorks LLC unless a written agreement says otherwise.

No guaranteed outcomes

PuenteWorks and KyaniteLabs can improve clarity, workflow quality, source material, implementation, measurement, and handoff. They do not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, revenue, sales, security outcomes, or placement in AI answers.

Client approval

The client remains responsible for reviewing and approving claims, public content, account actions, publishing decisions, email sends, and final business use unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Proposal materials

Working proposals, service menus, and website copy are decision aids. A final Statement of Work (SOW) or equivalent written agreement controls the actual scope, price, timeline, deliverables, payment, and acceptance criteria.
